The 7-day money-back guarantee

On our pricing page it reads: 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Here is what it covers.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, or of buying a Reel Pack, as long as fewer than 5 reels have been made from that purchase. From the 5th reel on, refunds are at our discretion.

No partial refunds. A yearly plan you cancel keeps working to the end of its year.

What that means

• A plan, monthly or yearly: within 7 days of its first payment. Renewals aren't refunded.
• A Reel Pack: within 7 days of buying it, each pack on its own. A pack's reels last 60 days, but the refund window is its first 7.
• You can buy one Reel Pack every 30 days, refunded or not. Reel Pack 30 is no longer sold; one bought before is refunded under these same rules.
• The reels counted are the ones made from that purchase: for a plan, the reels made on it since its first payment; for a pack, the reels made from that pack.
• Fewer than 5 reels made: you get all of that payment back, and we don't ask why. 5 reels or more: ask us anyway, and we decide case by case.
• After 7 days, cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
• A plan's refund ends the plan straight away, and the reels left on it with it. A Reel Pack's refund takes its unused reels away.

How to ask

Email support@reeldone.app from the address you sign in with. Your account page also shows the last day you can ask. The money goes back to the card you paid with; banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.
